Marnhull Beer festival 2017

This year the Marnhull RBL Beer festival will be on Friday June 30th and Saturday 1st July. It will have some great beer, food and music from local breweries, producers and musicians.

There will be a good range of real ales, ciders, larger and stouts available from the bar and Marquee, and there’s plenty of space outside to enjoy a beer in the sun. On Friday night the music will be by 2 Foot Moose – a great local a 5 piece rock band and on Saturday, it will be Second time around, with hits from years gone by!

We will have a lovely pig roast and other snacks available so come along. Get in touch if you would like more information or want to help out!

Beer festival 2016

On the 1st and 2nd of July we had the first Marnhull beer festival. It had a great range of beers and ciders from Ringwood brewery and local producers, including Snecklifter from Jennings, Cocky from Piddle brewery, Lions Roar from Banks, Oxford Gold from Brakspear, Hobgoblin Gold and Thwaites Lancaster bomber. They all tasted great! Thanks to everyone that came along and we hope to have an even bigger and better beer festival next year.

There was free camping for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights for tents and caravans in the field at the back of the legion, so you could stay the weekend if you didn’t fancy driving!

The excellent hog roast was provided by Marnhull Butcher Adrian Curtis - thanks Adrian, it tasted lovely!

Great entertainment

The Music was provided by the Silhouettes on Saturday and the great local rock band 2 Foot Moose on Friday. 2FM had a great time and have vowed to come again for more hog roast and music! You can find more details about 2FM on their facebook page
